滾珠絲杠加工時易出現的幾個問題

在傳統的機械上,滾珠絲杠逐漸取代愛克姆絲桿。通常會搭配預壓力來消除機器運轉時的背隙,但若滾珠絲杠安裝不當時就無法展現其高精度與較長的壽命。在滾珠絲杠加工時會出現的一些問題,下面導軌絲杠廠家為您講解。
In the traditional machinery, the ball screw gradually replaces the Ikem screw. 1、鋼珠大小或硬度不均。
1. Uneven size or hardness of steel balls.
2、絲桿或螺帽珠槽表面粗糙。
2. The surface of screw rod or nut bead groove is rough.


3、迴流管組裝不當。
3. The return pipe is improperly assembled.
4、鋼珠、絲杠或螺帽真圓度超出公差范圍。
4. The roundness of steel ball, lead screw or nut is outside the tolerance range.
5、絲桿或螺帽的導程誤差或節圓直徑超出公差范圍。
5. The lead error or pitch diameter of the screw rod or nut exceeds the tolerance range.
鋼珠破裂:鋼珠常用的材質是鉻鉬鋼,若要使一顆直徑3.175mm的鋼珠破裂,約須1400kg-1600kg。滾珠絲杠有、無潤滑于作動時溫升差異明顯,此溫升可能造成鋼珠破裂或損壞因此造成螺帽或絲桿珠槽的損壞。因此設計過程中須考慮潤滑油的補充,如無法使用自動潤滑系統,須將潤滑油的補充計劃列入保養手冊。
Broken steel ball: The common material of steel ball is chromium-molybdenum steel. If a steel ball with a diameter of 3.175mm is to be broken, it needs about 1400kg-1600kg. When the ball screw is lubricated or not, the temperature rise is obviously different when it is actuated. This temperature rise may cause the steel ball to crack or damage, thus causing damage to the nut or ball groove of the screw rod. Therefore, the supplement of lubricating oil must be considered in the design process. If the automatic lubrication system cannot be used, the supplement plan of lubricating oil must be included in the maintenance manual.
