導(dǎo)軌絲杠傳動(dòng)的原理及安裝注意事項(xiàng)

導(dǎo)軌絲杠是工具機(jī)和精密機(jī)械上常使用的傳動(dòng)元件,其主要功能是將旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換成線性運(yùn)動(dòng),或?qū)⑴ぞ剞D(zhuǎn)換成軸向反復(fù)作用力,同時(shí)兼具高精度、可逆性和率的特點(diǎn)。
Guide screw is a transmission element commonly used in tool machines and precision machinery. Its main function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion, or torque into axial repeated force. It also has the characteristics of high accuracy, reversibility and high efficiency.
偏心:是指固定側(cè)與支承側(cè)的存在偏移。傾斜:是指除偏心以外,絲桿軸與導(dǎo)向部分(LM導(dǎo)軌等)之間存在的平行誤差(上下,左右)或絲桿螺母安裝部的垂直誤差而產(chǎn)生的安裝誤差。
Eccentricity: refers to the deviation between the center of the fixed side and the support side. Inclination: refers to the installation error caused by the parallel error (up and down, left and right) between the screw shaft and the guide part (LM guide rail, etc.) or the vertical error of the screw nut installation part, except for eccentricity.
安裝精度值參考:導(dǎo)軌絲杠的安裝精度參考值如表所示。表中數(shù)據(jù)僅供參考,請(qǐng)盡可能的減少安裝誤差。電機(jī)支座、聯(lián)軸器的安裝精度影響工作臺(tái)的行走定位精度,同樣要充分注意導(dǎo)軌絲杠的情況。
Reference value of installation accuracy: the reference value of installation accuracy of guide screw is shown in the table. The data in the table is for reference only. Please reduce the installation error as much as possible. The installation accuracy of the motor support and coupling affects the walking positioning accuracy of the workbench. Also, pay full attention to the situation of the guide screw.
拆封:注意不要磕碰螺母及端部螺紋,拆開使螺母從有效螺紋的一端手動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)行至另一端并感覺阻力是否一致,有否明顯彎曲,注意不要使螺母旋出有效螺紋。擦去表面防銹油,涂上潤滑油。
Unpacking: pay attention not to bump the nut and end thread. Unpack the nut to manually rotate from one end of the effective thread to the other end and feel whether the resistance is consistent and whether there is obvious bending. Pay attention not to screw the nut out of the effective thread. Wipe off the anti-rust oil on the surface and apply lubricating oil.
維護(hù):直線速度小于等于30米/分可以采用脂潤滑并視工況在每300~600工作小時(shí)注脂一次,30~60米/分建議油潤滑,60~100米/分可以考慮強(qiáng)制油噴潤滑,超過100米/分的比較少見,建議訂購絲杠并采取強(qiáng)制冷卻潤滑。保持工作環(huán)境清潔,勿使灰塵等雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入滾道或螺母內(nèi)部,條件惡劣請(qǐng)考慮在螺杠外部增加防護(hù)罩。
Maintenance: grease lubrication can be used when the linear speed is less than or equal to 30 m/min, and grease can be injected once every 300~600 working hours according to the working conditions. Oil lubrication is recommended for 30~60 m/min, and forced oil spray lubrication can be considered for 60~100 m/min. It is rare when the linear speed is more than 100 m/min. It is recommended to order the lead screw and adopt strong cooling but lubrication. Keep the working environment clean. Do not let dust and other impurities enter the raceway or the inside of the nut. If the conditions are bad, please consider adding a protective cover outside the screw.


導(dǎo)軌絲杠通常用于需要精密定位的場合。高的機(jī)械效率、低的傳動(dòng)扭矩和軸向游隙幾乎為零,使得導(dǎo)軌絲杠成為刀具定位和飛機(jī)副翼驅(qū)動(dòng)這類應(yīng)用中的重要裝置。然而,阻力和由連續(xù)工作產(chǎn)生的熱量可能引起很大的摩擦力和定位誤差。
Guide screw is usually used in occasions requiring precise positioning. With high mechanical efficiency, low transmission torque and almost zero axial clearance, the guide screw becomes an important device in such applications as tool positioning and aircraft aileron drive. However, resistance and heat generated by continuous operation may cause great friction and positioning error.
在導(dǎo)軌絲杠里增加摩擦的設(shè)計(jì)因素也增加扭矩,并且反過來影響定位精度。滾珠被壓緊在導(dǎo)軌絲杠螺母和絲杠軸之間時(shí),產(chǎn)生的楔效應(yīng)是一個(gè)潛在的摩擦源。在正轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)候,滾珠通常對(duì)著螺母擠壓;反轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),滾珠對(duì)著絲杠軸擠壓。由于滑動(dòng)摩擦系數(shù)比滾動(dòng)摩擦系數(shù)大得多(沒動(dòng)0.1~0.3;滾動(dòng)0.001~0.003),楔效應(yīng)大大增加了扭矩。
The design factor of increasing friction in the guide screw also increases the torque, and in turn affects the positioning accuracy. When the ball is pressed between the guide screw nut and the lead screw shaft, the wedge effect is a potential friction source. In forward rotation, the ball is usually squeezed against the nut; When reversing, the ball presses against the lead screw shaft. Because the sliding friction coefficient is much larger than the rolling friction coefficient (no movement 0.1~0.3; rolling 0.001~0.003), the wedge effect greatly increases the torque.
