皮帶導軌滑臺和絲桿傳動滑臺的區別
The Difference between Belt Guide Slide and Screw Drive Slide對于帶式導軌滑臺與螺旋傳動滑臺的區別,很多用戶可能難以區分。多年經驗的技術工程師認為同步帶傳動在實際應用中定位精度低于滾珠絲杠定位精度。
For the difference between belt slide and screw drive slide, many users may be difficult to distinguish. Technical engineers with many years of experience believe that the positioning accuracy of synchronous belt drive in practical application is lower than that of ball screw.

The difference between belt slide and screw drive slide:
滾珠絲杠傳動是由電機通過聯軸器或同步帶輪帶動滾珠絲杠轉動,然后推動固定在直線導軌上的滑塊前后移動。滾珠絲杠定位精度高,摩擦小,剛性高,負載大。能夠完成準確定位。


Ball screw drive is driven by a motor through a coupling or synchronous pulley to rotate the ball screw, and then push the slider fixed on the linear guide to move forward and backward. Ball screw has high positioning accuracy, low friction, high rigidity and heavy load. Accurate positioning can be achieved.
速度取決于電機轉速和引線長度。引線越高,在電機輸出速度相同的情況下,機械手滑塊運動越快。
Speed depends on motor speed and lead length. The higher the lead wire is, the faster the slider of the manipulator moves at the same output speed of the motor.
2. 同步齒形帶傳動是由電機帶動同步帶的主動輪旋轉,然后由皮帶導軌帶動直線導軌上的滑塊前后移動。同步齒形帶噪音小,運行速度快,成本低。

Synchronized toothed belt drive is driven by the motor to rotate the driving wheel of the synchronous belt, and then by the belt guide rail to drive the slider on the linear guide to move forward and backward. The synchronous gear belt has the advantages of low noise, fast running speed and low cost.
在速度方面,普通的滾珠絲杠可以達到比滾珠絲杠更高的速度。與此同時,沒有臨界速度限制,在長途運輸中已經越來越具有成本效益。
In terms of speed, ordinary ball screw can achieve higher speed than ball screw. At the same time, there is no critical speed limit, which has become more and more cost-effective in long-distance transportation.
