After oil lubrication, the application conditions are enough to form EHD lubricating film. The film separates the bearing ball from the raceway to prevent metal to metal contact. Due to the influence of speed on EHD lubrication, low-speed applications usually require grease to provide better lubrication support under the conditions of boundary lubrication (mainly metal to metal contact) or mixed lubrication (metal to metal contact and combination).
絲桿所運用的潤滑劑,其粘度30~40cst(40℃)滑油運用ISO等級32~100,潤滑脂的給脂頻率根據運用條件與環境而有所不同,普通情形建議每運100KM的距離補充潤滑脂一次。
